Licensed Metaverse BIM Integration Specialist (LMBIM-IS)
The LMBIM-IS certification prepares professionals for advanced roles in standardized BIM/VDC workflows, with emphasis on MEP systems and real-world project coordination. Participants gain the technical, managerial, and collaborative skills required to lead BIM execution on complex construction and data-center projects across North America.
Program Structure
A 3-month (12-week) program with live virtual classes and hands-on projects that simulate real coordination and fabrication workflows. To earn certification, participants must complete four core modules and pass all exams with a minimum score of 80%.
Modules:

BIM Essentials — Fundamentals of BIM/VDC, LOD, BEP, coordination, prefab concepts, and an introduction to emerging technologies (HoloLens, Spot, AI in BIM).

Revit Electrical — Circuiting, load calculations, prefab detailing, and MEP coordination.

Navisworks Coordination — Clash detection, issue tracking, 4D scheduling, and meeting coordination workflows.

Inventor Fabrication — Fabrication part modeling, shop drawing documentation, and Revit–Inventor integration.

AutoCAD Specialist — Drafting automation, legacy drawing conversion, and BIM integration for MEP detailing.
Format
