Effective October 20, 2025
Starting October 20, 2025, all NABPA-sponsored certifications will no longer be tied to or owned by the sponsoring company or organization.
From this date forward, all certifications—whether sponsored or self-funded—will be fully owned by the individual who successfully completes the training and passes the certification assessment.
Each NABPA certification remains valid for four (4) years from the date of issuance and can be verified through NABPA’s official certification database.
This update ensures that certified professionals retain their credentials and recognition across employers, promoting individual career growth, transparency, and consistent standards across the BIM and VDC industry.
